Warranty

 

     We offer a one year limited warranty on all of our direct cords.  Limited warranty starts on the day of receiving payment. Limited warranty covers defects from workmanship.  Limited warranty does not cover from use and abuse of product, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by negligence due to improper installation.  Any damage done to the product will void the warranty, unless okayed with our staff members and proper RMA number has been issued.

You must contact US before shipping the item back Safe-N-Sound1 with the R.M.A. number, once we receive the item, it is to our discretion to either replace the defective item or to repair the defective item. 

 

You hereby agree to pay the return shipping to us.  If in the case that we do warrant an exchange, We will ship the replacement item within a five business day period. 

 

In the event that your item has malfunctioned after the 30 grace period after the purchase date, you will pay both the shipping to Safe-N-Sound1 and the shipping back to you.  Please make sure you include a cashier's check, money order or PayPal payment with your return item.
